I appreciate the format of the different strategies. I think it gives you enough time to learn about each strategy without overkill. I also like that they pull information from sources like the Sages (זצ״ל), the Zohar, and combine that information with telling stories as examples of ways people have implemented these strategies into their Shabbat plans.
