The author’s utter lack of research into Harvard (other than maybe googling that it’s in Massachusetts?) makes parts of the book extremely hard to read. She paints it as a party school with vapid, shallow, intellectually-wanting characters instead of the academically rigorous school it is and I know it to be. I know this book got great reviews though so I’m trying to power through!
