From what's been teased about it, that third one goes down into a sinkhole or a cave system, bringing back a bit more of that subterranean, claustrophobic nature dread. But given how the first two have treated you with the forced labels and the constant whining, it’s probably safe to assume the narrator's tinnitus will be echoing extra loud down in those caves.
