The descriptions are legit so ass. I have not been able to properly visualize almost anything in these books. Everything is so confusing and random. Plot twists or “sudden” events happen out of nowhere with seemingly no cohesion with what was happening previously. It just lacks flow and good wiring in general. And I detest every single character. Can this please end faster. It got me into a fucking reading slump.

The pacing feels all wrong. I am so bored, even though there are like 4 different adventures going on. Tormalin or whatever won’t stop complaining. Every beast is a mess. The whole book feels like a mess. There is no one for me to root for. I don’t even know WHAT to root for. I don’t know where anything is going, and I still dislike Noon a lot. Overall, unpleasant experience and tedious to read
