As a boy, a buzzcut requires zero daily maintenance - you just roll out of bed and it’s styled, you can cut it yourself/haircuts are cheap, it’s cooler in warmer temperatures and if you have the right head shape, it looks great. Hope this helps.

Buzz cut like military style? Or otherwise? Because #1 doesn't bother me...

literally everything @allan has said. I only used to get buzzcuts in the summer, though. not anymore
