Absolutely stunning. A novel full of charm, comedy, insight, small tragedy and great drama, like Jane Austen but with more gravity and a twentieth century lack of propriety. I felt very partial to Helen, though Margaret was the protagonist, and, in general, more grounded. I think their dynamic and differences recalled those of me and my sisters. Forster had me laughing and giggling so often at his candid sarasm.
