It’s not often I get to say a book is exactly what I was hoping for when I picked it up. Dr. Purges is qualified, successful, and insightful. The balance of research with anecdotal evidence makes it an educational read without making me feel out of my depth. Motherhood is a lot of hoping for someone who knows better to come hold your hand and tell you what to do. That’s what this book is.
