I’m taking a pause. There is a scene where a woman is on the phone with her brother in tower 1 of the World Trade Center on September 11th. I lost no one on that fateful day but I remember it well and it still brings back intense emotions. I wanted to mention this because there are no trigger warnings in the book and I think it’s important to note.
