I’m actually really enjoying this book and the author’s soft touch with the characters and their romantic interests. That being said, the offhand way two of the main characters seem to (mis)understand their interests is starting to get old. Hopefully the soft touch displayed hitherto by Ms. Simonson will make itself known again soon.
