I'm 50% into The Night Circus, and I'm still struggling to connect with it. The atmosphere is beautiful, but the plot feels like it's barely moving. The constant shifts between characters make it hard to see where the story is going. The romance also feels distant—I see what they're doing, but not what they're feeling, so it's hard to believe their connection.
