I’m only 11% in, but the story is absorbing! It’s Book #1 but started out brushing over history that makes it seem like there are previous books. Now, I think it was just setting up part of the story that’s coming.

Really pretty good! Sad that her parents are so off base. This girl Betty sounds like a fresh daisy stuck in a cesspool. So glad she’s made friends.
