if I could resurrect one person to have a cup of tea with— anyone in all of human history— it would be her. I cannot believe I’m only just now reading this book; to be fair, it is her least popular (and least accessible) book because it isn’t part of the Peter rabbit series, but it is already such an unbelievably good read. 5 stars already, no questions asked
