However, you can kind of tell that back then Endo LOVED writing badass borderline violent women djdbdusjs I mean he kind of still does but it's less obvious and they have more variety when it comes to personalities!

Which is funny because at the same time why does some random guy keep sexually harassing the main girl character and it's played out as comedy… You can kind of tell we're still at entry-level feminism without much soul-searching yet?

Okayyyyy it was (rather shallow) 101 girlboss feminism… BUT I expected way worse from a story written by a 20 year-old man in 2000, so I'll take it.

I'm not expecting anything really great, I am simplv curious to see the author's evolution art-wise and story-wise!
Also, it's kind of funny to notice how every short story he wrote in the past seems to be centered around a woman or a girl? Bare minimum of course but pleasant enough to notice! Then again, let's see how these female characters are written before I start giving flowers...
