I need a change of pace in my current reading and this has been on my radar even before winning the Pulitzer prize. I've heard lots of good things and the way this story is told through one continuous run on sentence is interesting. I'm in the mood for some good horror in my life

A man removing the contents of a horse's head so he can in turn use it like a mask is one of the grossest things I've ever had to imagine while reading a book, my lord lmfao

Well, I've officially read all the parts that I know about going into this and have absolutely no clue where things will go from here. The use of the one continuous run on sentence to tell the story really helps set the feeling of panic and the intensity of the environment, I'm really enjoying it!
