I've been really enjoying the way Foucault lays out his arguments; unlike the dense political theory I've been reading elsewhere he is quite clear in organization and making historical and cultural analogs.
RIP Foucault you'd have loved Pride

Dense but fascinating theory. I'm a huge fan, especially in the very clear yet highly intellectual way Foucault excercises his theses.

Three days ago one of my old groupchats from school reactivated and has now transformed into "Foucault Summer Seminar."
We're starting off chill for this week-- just the introduction! Interesting that Foucault seeks to dismantle the power dynamics behind the stories we tell ourselves about sexuality instead of sex itself.
