I DNF another of this writer’s books because the opening in it with the family was absurd. Like..not even believable in the level of awful they were. This one is a skooch better, but the writing is so chaotic. I’m gonna try and tough it out. For the sake of the unhinged MMC, and his fam and the plus size FMC. Gotta support the thicc baddies!!
