Honestly I love this book, it starts to pick up more around 20-30%

Oh no.. Getting down to the wire then.. if they don't pull something spectacular out of their book a&&s by the 30% mark, then I would walk away.. Maybe give em til the 31% mark before you step away??

🤣🤣🤣🤣 Well, I am only trying to help you benefit from my past trials and learned intuition about books/authors and how their minds work when writing.. Sometimes you may need to stay that extra 1% before walking away, to be sure you don't in fact miss something that would have convinced you to stay otherwise..

But be firm on your limits! If you don't see this by the 31% mark, then ABORT. MISSION. Trust me! Cause 9 xs out of 10, if you're struggling to care about a story, the plight or the MCs, then you are NOT gonna be happy by the end, if you stayed there when you didn't want to..

It gets slightly better. Slightly.
