Halfway through, I haven’t noticed the author mention to her passersby her own authority (justification, reason, motivation) to have a Grammar Table. Does she think she tells a better story by mentioning the colors of people’s shirts? I find that detail extraneous. This is fine to listen with half an ear but it’s memoir.
