Continuing my re-read of every series by one of my childhood faves who I read way too young and re-read every 8-10 years. This is the first quartet she wrote about the Realm of Tortall. Alanna is the MOST AGGRAVTATING of all of Tamora's protagonists to me. Can't wait to be frustated by every decision I'm about to read over the next four books... Still, I highly recommend this series!!
