Why would anyone ever follow Rosomon? She keeps being told "this thing you want to do is a trap," responds with "yes but we have to do *something* don't we?" and then she's racked with guilt when it turns out to be a trap. I kind of hope she'll just die already, to make this stop.

You know, it's not just Rosomon. Conall is a complete blithering idiot, too. Really none of the Hawkspurs seem to possess any common sense or capacity for logic. I think the blinded cripple covered in demon tattoos might be the least stupid of them all, somehow.
