Bam. Right out of the gate, info on editions and editor’s “proofs” vs what the composers had in mind. Rosen checked and researched seemingly all the editions mentioned. Clara and Brahms brought up for their excellent editing of Schumann and Chopin’s’ works. Oh a lifetime of reading is not enough. Happiness.
