Alizeh finally meeting all the other Jinn soldiers that Hazan has secretly led was incredible & emotional. it felt so good to see Alizeh rising up to her station as Queen & i can’t wait for the time she finally claims her magic. On the other hand.. i’m constantly tortured with Cyrus & Alizeh’s banter—i need them on the same page so BADLY. the longing, stealing glances, quiet yearning.. i’m unraveled!! 😫

THE CHILLLSSSSS THAT I GOT FROM THAT LAST CHAPTER. we now know that Diviners are gatekeepers of magic & apparently they LET Cyrus kill them and have warned Omid beforehand about it. we also learn that magic doesn’t release itself to ANYONE beyond the Diviners and only one person who are able to absord magic from the mountains, stands before the group—that person being Alizeh. WHEWWWWWWWWW
