In the words of Oprah, " Freedom starts when you stop hiding."

A fourth of the way in and I'm excited to see what happens next. Dionne is definitely keeping my interest. I picture the childhood trauma she experienced and how it relates to her adult life and I know many black women wear a mask like its a badge of honor. So far Mara is setting up a great back drop that peaks my interest even more. I love how the chapters are not very long and every character serves a purpose.
