Actually i think the best book ive ever read. I love how the author explains how she struggled with certain things, tells what age she realized what she needed to do to work on it, and how relatable everything she said is.

keep being reminded how grateful i am i got this book. I liked how she says you can’t change the past but can soothe it. Don’t revel in the past but keep them as reminders to use in your future. Be grateful for unfortunate circumstances because they teach you how to deal with the inevitable.

The chapter on change is one i really loved reading. I felt like the author encapsulated exactly what it feels like when you know something isn’t suiting you and not fitting that role until you find something that lets you flourish.
