Talk about insight!!Not just on my own people pleasing behaviors but on the complex trauma responses I have seen in friends, loved ones, and family from their childhood and life experiences. Such an eye opener on why and how people are the way they are. Not an excuse, or a judgment for their choices and actions, but many moments of realization and understanding.
