This really took me back to being 16, where you focus on one thing. For me it was being “cool”, not not about not being “phony” but “being fake” was right after my time.

While he is an incredibly simple guy I do love books that show how history is forever repeating itself in how humans navigate the world. Too bad one doesn’t notice until much later in life.
