This book would’ve been helpful 2 months ago before my wife & I got rid of everything we had & moved out of the country with only 6 suitcases. BUT this theology is helpful in keeping my mindset in a non-western ascetic space. I especially like the idea that it’s okay to indulge (holidays/celebrations) as long as you return to a balance, rather than swing like a pendulum into a mindset of deprivation.
