Who needs electroshock to wipe the brains clean when you can just capitalize on nationwide fear and trauma caused by a terrorist attack to reprogram the American people?

Absolutely wild ride

Well, I did not know that MKUltra was more than just dosing people with LSD. They would electroshock people, heavily dose with LSD and/or PCP (i.e., Angel Dust) until there was no evidence of their existing personality, and then play prescriptive audio tracks (ex: "You're a good and caring mother.") to try and reprogram them. And these victims never knew they went through all of this, until a newspaper headline.
