It is! I've just finished it and am going to write a full review today, coming from the perspective of a long-time British crime drama fan. Most of the author's adventures in policing aren't nearly as dramatic or over-the-top as a TV mystery, but they aren't any less compelling (or funny!). That her book is from a Christian perspective was a plus for me, too. She comes off very straightforward, honest, and sincere. I think you'll enjoy it!
