At this point I’m continuing to read it out of spite JUST get it over and done with so I can move onto the next book in the series. The amount of dragging on with unnecessary details about god and all that is just utterly ridiculous at this point and truly feels as though it’s adding nothing to whatever the narrative Anne Rices it trying to write might be. It’s just painful at this point 😭
