I absolutely loved Feed (Newsflesh #1) and I absolutely hate this one 😭 Shaun is so unlikeable. The entire book is trying so hard to be cool and edgy that it's making me cringe. The world is so good and I want to know what happens, but it has taken me 2 months to get through just under half the book 🥲

Never did I think I would angrily say to a book: "Piss is yellow, wtf are you talking about...?" because apparently "Urine's a natural bleaching agent, right? It would explain how they kept everything so damn white." WHAT DO YOU MEAN?!
