Finished Book One. Annotating really slows down my reading pace but finding it necessary and joyfully rewarding for Eliot’s writing.

So worth it to read and experience GE’s writing style. I’m starting to get a feel for the characters and their personalities. She packs so much to think about in in just one chapter. (Ex. Ch XXXI)
