I will NEVER get over how this book uses space to its advantage and how this space often juxtaposes Johnny’s mental state. It’s so cool

Holy shit, this labyrinth chapter goes on forever and the end is never the end and I am so engrossed by this book. Holy moly

Gotta love a good excursion into the Dark Hallway with an Endless Staircase and it’s all Fathomably Dark and Spooky

I have done some math. This is the percent of the book that I’ve read including the appendices.

I don’t know how to mark this in terms of page numbers. I have gotten to page 74, but I read appendix II-E (which is about 50 or so pages of Johnny’s mom writing to him). I guess it’s an appendix so it doesn’t count? Idk.

Anyway holy shit that was a lore drop on Johnny. It was excellently told too. I’m glad it’s shown in this fragmented manner.
