Chapter 15. Best chapter by far. The focus on Samuel’s conversations with Adam, Lee, Cathy, and himself are engaging and revealing. Someone sees the situation/relationship as more than is presented.

“They called him (Samuel) a comical genius and carried his stories carefully home, and they wondered at how the stories spilled out on the way, for they never sounded the same repeated in their kitchens.”
