I went into this book only having the vaguest notion of what it was about, and I gotta say reading the first five chapters I am utterly disgusted by Alex and his group of degenerates. I have no idea what the book will have to do to get me to ever feel empathetic to his ‘reformation,’ as the actions this kid has committed already is utterly deplorable.
