i wish she would write out all of the amendments she’s talking about because i did not know what the 18th amendment was off the top of my head (prohibition! did not know that was an amendment. famously the only one ever repealed)

I literally have only finished the introduction and already know this is going to be one of the best books I’ve ever read. Constitutional originalists BEGONE 🤺🤺🤺🤺🤺🤺🤺
