revisiting this to see if i like it better the second time

ok now my heart is starting to hurt

ok first of all. things are finally interesting. second of all, i don’t think or i can’t remember the last time i shed actual, physical tears over a book but i just fucking did. [SPOILER] this author is a fucking sociopath for killing the puppy and i want to throw up but i can’t stop reading

idk what to think of this book, i hate almost every character i’ve met so far but i’m intrigued and confused at the same time

wow i hope de havilland fucking dies.... the instant and powerful hatred i felt for his character is consuming me rn

it’s been so long since i’ve read anything other than outlander so it feels weird to read a different book
