This is a great book! I originally intended to read just Chapter 1, as it was recommended on a podcast, but I'm quite invested now in the evolution of thermometry! I'm planning to continue reading the book whenever I have time as it's incredibly well written and a fascinating peek behind the curtain of scientific facts that we take for granted.
