Okay this is My theory:
Melidor: she’s like someone that can speak to living things…like Mother Nature?
Mulligan: is like an old timey Ghost or Vampire. Cause he speaks like that and is “pale” apparently

And Auntie Zee: like a granny witch…who’s losing her “powers” or is gonna 💀 soon which is why the inn is being the way it is…? Perhaps!?
