Pretty cool so far, very self-focused but it makes sense since we are changing the thinking pattern. One essay that struck me the most was essay 51 "How You Fall Out of Love With the Idea of Someone" and how when we love the idea of someone they become the reflection of the best version of ourself, and if we lose them we lose ourselves. Kinda liked that expression!
