Okay so here’s the thing… very cute, very charming, easy read, and also thoughtful about life and death, blah blah blah… but why must she be 10 and him 17? Why it be we could get married, 10 year old?! I get she’d get to 17 THEN they would but… she’s still 10 at the moment of conversation. Slightly icky. I suppose the point is she has to wait and if she was of age she could do it right then. But still.

As expected. Easy read, good flow, interesting story. I think this is a great choice for a few of my older girls who weren’t the strongest readers it’s interesting for older kids but definitely a lower reading level.
