I think it's Slug's fault for sure. Slug is either Kevin or Randy. Most likely Randy. Since he is the super and he has the key to all the units.

Okay I am suspecting Randy. I know all the "Doctor/surgeon "talk and all. But Randy is so sus. There's no way he's innocent.
