I am already reading the part II of the book and honestly, it is fine—what makes it too overwhelming is how those overly explained concepts are being talked rather than being straight to the point, although I do get how the author had put some decades of research into it, they could have done it better by telling the most important things possible. Overall, advices are still applicable considering its publishing.

There's too much detailed information that is unnecessary, but I would try to understand it. Some of the points that, Dr. Susan is trying to make sense; really do make sense—It is just need some patience. I am probably still not half of the book, but I do wish I would love it. :)
