Not sure if I like the sex description. Also why is Rose so forgiving? He ambushed her with a public engagement. Her friend also helped him lie to her and she forgives her immediately. I’m ready to search up the ending because the writing is dragging on and repetitive almost.

The memory coming back to Rose then Amelia coming clean to Rose with the truth all feels rushed and hardly believable.

So Caden is interested in Rose because she is imperfect(scars) kind of like him (neurodivergent(?). He is obsessed with her. We still don’t know why Rose has amnesia and why he does not tell her the truth about her identity. He keeps her on the cruise and keeps her on close watch.

Rose finds out that Caden does know her, but is not honest about their previous relationship. In the past, Rose slept with Caden thinking that it was his twin brother Damon. Rose had a crush on Damon since childhood. I think she thought that it was Damon who convince her not to commit suicide when she was a tween. If it feels a bit unrealistic that she can’t tell the difference even though there are identical twins
