The overall underlying story and character connections is good. Yay me: Karen is who I thought she would be early on.

Holder: are you on birth control

Holder: well i want you on it, make an appointment next week

I get that these 18 year olds have trauma but the numerous toxicity levels of this relationship is unreal.

this story did not need this much overall build up of the background story & development of the romantic relationship between the main characters. And then the story completely skips to the weekends with no school and no Breckin. It wasn't until about this point that I understood the flashes to the past are Sky remembering her past.

The constant face touching between Sky & Holder is getting on my nerves, it's too much.

Took about 100 pages before it picked up. 100 pages is my cut off...grab me or you're gone. So lucky Colleen; so lucky.
