Chapter 18: I’m not gonna lie, I’m really just not feeling this book. I’m gonna finish it though obvi but man I’m just not intrigued

Chapter 18: Sadie & Joe spend hours working on the portrait but none of her tactics are helping. They go for a walk to take a break & during a moment of playfulness she starts tickling him (ew) They run into Joe’s ex & Sadie kisses Joe to make her jealous

Chapter 17: Sue is eloping & will be gone for 2 weeks. Sadie breaks down since she needs to find a new model. Of COURSE the always helpful Joe the sexy neighbor offers to be her model

Chapter 16: Sadie spends some time with Joe where they talk about his cheating ex & psycho Parker. Joe continues to seem into Sadie

Chapter 15: Sadie has a great time with Joe the Neighbor & even tells him that it’s her mom’s birthday to which he demands the celebrate with cake. She’s disappointed that the vet Oliver never called her after missing their date

Joe runs into Sadie & ask her out, she says yes & they run up to the roof where they discover that Sue (the bff) threw her a party. She has a panic attack & Joe helps her through it & is totally sweet. She discovers Joe used to be married but she left him for “being too nice & helpful”
