Finished up the titular story and the two preceding ones just a few minutes ago and I'm still left grasping for words to describe this. I'm leaning towards calling them fantastically surreal, at first. Surrealism then slowly makes way for deeper meaning to come to the surface. I'm quite excited to see how the other stories in this collection compare.
