Can't believe nobody questions the baby's exit strategy
The only options I can come up with are ... questionable? (maybe...probably...)
a) he poops out a human baby
b) he poops out a fish egg
c) fish egg out of his urethra??
d) C-section?
Also, where exactly is the baby?? There's no uterus. Is it just chilling next to homeboy's entrails? Hugging his colon or whatever
