The Greek Interpreter - 6/10 - This one had a fantastic setup and only a so-so payoff. The villains in this one were really intimidating and I enjoyed the introduction of Sherlock’s brother MyCroft. I wish the deductions were of greater actual significance to the story though.

The Resident Patient - 6/10 - Solid. The premise of this one is intriguing and it takes a good twist.

The Crooked Man - 5/10 - There’s a lot to like about this one, from the particular depiction of Sherlock and Watson’s friendship to the interesting contradiction at the heart of the mystery, but the conclusion is pretty flaccid IMO.

The Reigate Squires - 5/10 - This is another kind of dull and predictable one. I like some of Sherlock’s antics, but the mystery is mid.

The Musgrave Ritual - 5/10 - This was a bit interesting, a bit predictable, and a bit racist to the Welsh.

The Stock-Broker’s Clerk - 6/10 - Pretty good. It’s kind of a re-tread of The Red-headed League but a little less goofy and whimsical. Solid though.

The Yellow Face - 6/10 - Cute! Racially quite dated (not in the way you’d think based on the title) but undoubtedly well-intentioned. Still, one of the better Sherlock stories. Consistently entertaining with a satisfying ending.

Silver Blaze - 5/10 - Definitely clever but nothing more, really.

The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes 6/10 - This is a short story collection within the anthology and it’s overall fine. My mind wasn’t blown, but still, it’s cool to read all of these stories and see the variety. In my final review of the anthology, I'll probably include a review of every story if there's room.

The Adventure of the Beryl Coronet - 6/10 - Predictable but I like any story where Sherlock is adequately depicted as psychotic.
