You know, I really don’t appreciate the jump-scare alright!? That’s two now! Lol fuck off, book.

I had to pause and watch a spoiler-free YT review of the book. Because I feel like I am reading a retelling of all the Disney movies in 1 book. B&tB, Frozen, Tangled, and Snow White. I was starting to get annoyed until the girl on YT said how it was wonderful to be whisked into familiar fairy tales with Polish influences. K. I’ll keep reading with that in mind.

Pfft. Called it. I suppose just because one scene exists in another form, it doesn’t mean that it can exist in another. But these last couple of pages were a direct rip from Disney’s Beauty and the Beast.
